This is my first free theme for Croogo 1.3.x , You'll find inside an editable file for the pictures. To install just unzip the folder into the themed directory you can also upload it directly from the admin panel. Activate it and it's done!!!

It include:

  • blog view ( 2 colomn )
  • CustomFields (title = false) if not set it display the title
  • 3 colomn footer (region1, region2, region3)

WordPress is undoubtedly asweome and has inspired a lot of developers when developing their own CMS. But MVC frameworks have become very popular in the last few years mainly because it is faster to develop and easier to maintain, which is why developers are more interested in a combination of frameworks + content management (may be we can call them Content Management Frameworks?).This is one of the reasons I started Croogo

It's the reason I use Croogo too, I think it's just confort, everything is well organised in Cakephp and Croogo so even for beginner it's possible to create advanced websites

hi
in Cakephp 2.2.1 and Croogo 1.34
the theme folder should not have underscore, otherwise the css does not load
change app\View\Themed\light_blue
in app\View\Themed\lightBlue
best regard

Hi Romain, I went to the API of cakephp 1.3 http://api13.cakephp.org/class/theme-view and the exemple shows that underscore can be used. I also checked in 2.0 and yes you should'nt use underscore folder name. Please if you can give me a source so I'll change it...
